I have been in Beta Sigma Phi since 1973. It has been such an up-lifting experience for me. Where else can you bond with other women who will be there when you need them, through all kinds of adversities and joys? Working on projects together and building your Chapter into a service-oriented group is thrilling and the rewards are so numerous!
Our Chapter hosts a style show each spring to honor the Chapter Sweethearts and the Outstanding Women. It is so much fun working together and planning for each year.
We started this project in memory of one of our Sisters who died in a plane crash. We found out after her death that she sponsored a student each semester at AmarilloCollege. So we picked up the project and we have sponsored the style show every year since her death in 1999. It’s a privilege to honor these ladies while remembering one of our own.
Each Chapter has their own “favorite” projects to work with and programs that will teach you something you did not know about. You can find a Chapter to fill your needs and work on projects that you will be passionate about.
Come join us! We have such fun and so many interesting things to do. The friendships last a life time and your life will be enriched in so many ways.
